My Hospital & Health Service Internal Funding Program
My Hospital Foundation's vision is to enhance the hospital experience, and to help improve the health outcomes for people in the Mackay Hospital and Health Service region.
Working in partnership with Mackay Hospital and Health Service, the Foundation invests donated community funds in:
Medical and health technology
Support services for patients and hospital staff
Innovative health services and inititatives
Training, education and research
Internal Funding Applications
The My Hospital Foundation allocates donated funds to the above areas, through an internal funding program. There are no funding rounds and the internal funding program is continuously open. We receive grant applications from staff within the Mackay Hospital and Health Service, and review eligible applications to decide how to allocate the funding.
