The Mackay Hospital Foundation was pleased to meet Emma and parents Chris & Gaye for a presentation of Emma's 'Santa Time' drawing, which was selected as one of only five cover designs for the Foundation's 2014 Christmas Cards. Foundation General Manager, Adrienne Burke presented Emma with a framed picture of her artwork and Christmas Card.
Emma drew her picture as part of the Mackay Hospital Foundation's Christmas in July Art Program in the Children's Ward of the Mackay Base Hospital. Emma's artistic flair shone through with her drawing of a jolly Santa.
The Mackay Hospital Foundatoin's Christmas Card project is sponsored by Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd and 100% of funds raised will support our local hospitals.

The donations received by the Foundation are given to the specialised area or hospital that YOU have chosen. If a hospital or area is not chosen in the MHHS district donations are allocated to ‘greatest needs’.
All donations over $2.00 are tax deductible.
