We are celebrating the first anniversary of the Mackay Hospital Foundation Kiosk. Our volunteers manage and operate this take-away Kiosk on Mackay Base Hospital site, which is the main income stream for our charity. Our Kiosk covers all our operational costs, so that Your donations go 100% to the cause chosen by you. Good news is that the Kiosk has also contributed around $30,000 so far, to purchase additional and state-of-the-art medical equipment for the Mackay Base Hospital.
We thank all our volunteers for their fantastic work and our customers for supporting us.
Making a donation to your local hospital through the Mackay Hospital Foundation is quick and simple. To select an option that best suits you simply choose your preferred method:
The donations received by the Foundation are given to the specialised area or hospital that YOU have chosen. If a hospital or area is not chosen in the MHHS district donations are allocated to ‘greatest needs’.
All donations over $2.00 are tax deductible.
