Myer Mackay staff has raised over $3,000 for the Emergency Department during their "Myer Stores Community Fund" campaign 2012. The team at Myer Mackay are supporting the Mackay Hospital Foundation through their staff giving program and regular fundraising activities include raffles, competitions such as guessing the number of lollies in a jar, special lunches and staff morning teas sponsored by each section.
Myer stores community fund has chosen the Mackay Hospital Foundation again as its charity of choice and the funds raised by the staff by July 2013 will be matched by Myer dollar for dollar and will support the oncology unit of the Mackay Base Hospital.

The donations received by the Foundation are given to the specialised area or hospital that YOU have chosen. If a hospital or area is not chosen in the MHHS district donations are allocated to ‘greatest needs’.
All donations over $2.00 are tax deductible.
