Nielsen QLD Pty Ltd and Christopher Contracting raised $2,000 organising breakfast bbq's for the construction workers on Mackay Base Hospital site. They purchased gift, games,toys and movie passes for children of all ages at the Children's Ward.

The Mackay Social Dance Group donated $1,000 to support the Playgroup of the Mackay Hospital Foundation. Volunteers run a Playgroup every weekday in the morning and play games and do crafts with children on the Ward.

The donations received by the Foundation are given to the specialised area or hospital that YOU have chosen. If a hospital or area is not chosen in the MHHS district donations are allocated to ‘greatest needs’.
